Hello D2!Just a friendly reminder regarding sponsorship due dates
High School: $250 Sponsorship and $50 Business Card Sponsorship
DUE BY CHECK IN NOVEMBER 16, 2019-Corning Rodeo. NO MONEY, NO RODEO.
Junior High: $150 Sponsorship and $50 Business Card Sponsorship
DUE BY CHECK IN NOVEMBER 16, 2019-Corning Rodeo. NO MONEY, NO RODEO.
Sponsorship posters will be available in Willits (to give to your sponsors), as well as forms with your sponsor information. There will also be a form to give your sponsors as a receipt. I am working on getting these forms on the website. I will update as that information becomes available.
ATV Tickets---all participants are required to sell 15 ATV tickets. Ticket money from ATV ticket sales ($150) is due BY check-in at the inter-district rodeo in Red Bluff January 9-12, 2020.
I recommend turning ticket money in prior to Red Bluff as it is VERY busy at check-in. If the money and ticket stubs are not turned in by check-in, NO RODEO FOR YOU! You will be turned away. Ticket stubs and money can be mailed to me or turned in anytime between now and then.
